By creating an account on Treaplife, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Treaplife is a travel planning platform that helps you discover destinations, organize itineraries, track savings goals, and coordinate trips with others. Some features are available for free. Planning features for specific trips may require a one-time payment per trip.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We currently support sign-in through Google and Facebook only. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• —Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• —Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

Treaplife currently offers free access to explore the platform. When payment features become available, they will be processed securely through Stripe. All prices will be displayed clearly before any purchase is made. There are no hidden fees or automatic renewals without your explicit consent.

The Treaplife name, logo, and all platform content are the property of Treaplife. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Treaplife provides travel planning tools for informational purposes. We are not a travel agency and do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any third party service, destination, or booking. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

We may update or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will do our best to notify users of significant changes in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
