Treaplife is a travel planning platform designed to help you turn your travel dreams into real experiences. We are currently operated as an independent project based in Mexico.

When you create an account, we collect:

• —Your name and email address, provided through Google or Facebook login
• —Your country of origin, inferred from your IP address
• —Your local currency, to display relevant cost estimates

We do not collect payment information at this time. When payment features are introduced, they will be handled entirely by Stripe — we will never store your card details directly.

We use your information to:

• —Create and manage your account
• —Personalize your experience based on your location and currency
• —Improve the platform based on usage patterns
• —Communicate important updates about your account or the service

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform (such as authentication providers Google and Facebook).

Treaplife uses the following third party services:

• —Google / Facebook — for account authentication
• —IP geolocation services — to determine your country and suggest relevant currency

Each of these services has their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review.

Under Mexican law (LFPDPPP), you have the right to:

• —Access the personal data we hold about you
• —Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• —Cancel your data from our systems
• —Oppose the use of your data for specific purposes

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
